Sylvia Lashway was a phenomenal realtor in helping me find my new home! Even when it seemed like the house I wanted didn't work out for me, she kept an eye out and notified me as soon as a new house in my preferred area was listed on the market (which happened to be the very next day). Because we jumped at the opportunity and put in an offer early, and due to Sylvia's help in negotiating and communicating with the seller, I got the house! Sylvia really helped the process flow smoothly. I am very grateful to her for guiding me through the process and helping me become a home owner to an amazing house!
